FOOTBALL ELITE SPEED / 40YD DATA & TECHNIQUE - HS & JR HIGH
ENHANCE YOUR ON FIELD SPEED & 40YD TIME BY LEARNING YOUR SPEED PROFILE, IMPROVING YOUR GROUND CONTACT TIMES, EXPOSURE TO OVERLOAD ACCELERATION TRAINING, AND SPRING MECHANICS VIDEO ANALYSIS. 

BASEBALL ELITE SPEED / BASE STEALING DATA & TECHNIQUE - HS & JR HIGH
ENHANCE YOUR ON FIELD SPEED & BASE STEALING TIME BY LEARNING YOUR SPEED PROFILE, YOUR REACTION TIME AT DIFFERENT LEAD DISTANCES, AND YOUR PROBABILITY OF STEALING A BASE GIVEN PITCHER & CATCHER DELIVERY TIMES.

YOUTH ALL SPORT (AGES 8-13) PLYOMETRICS, STRENGTH, & SPEED
ALL SPORT POWER & PLYOMETRICS, MULTI-SPORT MOVEMENT PATTERNS, STRENGTH & STABILITY.
MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS 3:30PM - 4:15PM.

YOUTH ALL SPORT (AGES 6-8) PLYOMETRICS, STRENGTH, & SPEED
ALL SPORT POWER & PLYOMETRICS, MULTI-SPORT MOVEMENT PATTERNS, STRENGTH & STABILITY.

TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS 3:30PM - 4:15PM.

JR HIGH ALL SPORT (AGES 11-14) PLYOMETRICS, STRENGTH, & SPEED
ALL SPORT POWER & PLYOMETRICS, MULTI-SPORT MOVEMENT PATTERNS, STRENGTH & STABILITY.

TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS 6:00PM - 7:00PM.

HS ALL SPORT (AGES 13-18) PLYOMETRICS, STRENGTH, & SPEED
ALL SPORT POWER & PLYOMETRICS, MULTI-SPORT MOVEMENT PATTERNS, STRENGTH & STABILITY.

MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS 6:00PM - 7:00PM.

HS BASEBALL (AGES 13-18) ELITE 5:00AM PERFORMANCE
BASEBALL ELITE 5:00AM POWER & PLYOMETRICS, MULTI-SPORT MOVEMENT PATTERNS, STRENGTH & STABILITY.

MONDAY - THURSDAY 5:00AM - 6:00PM.

ATLET 45 ADULT FITNESS - 45MIN
45MIN WORKOUT FOR THE FOREVER ATHLETES. FOLLOW A FUNCTIONAL TRAINING PLAN OR HIGH INTENSITY PLAN BASED ON YOUR INDIVIDUAL HEALTH NEEDS AND FITNESS LEVEL.
